How do I track my online order?

You can track your online order by visiting the "Order History" page of our website.  If you have an account, you will need to log in before any online order information will be shown, for security purposes. 

If you do not have an account with InterstateBatteries.com, you can go to the Shop Online menu and select "Track Your Order".  For security purposes, you will need to provide your order number and BILLING zipcode. 

Once a product ships, you will also be sent an email with a tracking number for your shipment.  InterstateBatteries.com will also provide links to the website of each shipping company, so you can easily track the progress of your shipment.
